The Fluke BT500 Series of Battery Analysers makes the maintenance of mission-critical battery back-up systems in data centres, telecom networks and power distribution systems easier than ever.
Each analyser in the series features an intuitive user interface, compact design and rugged construction to ensure optimum performance, test results and reliability.
These devices cover a broad range of battery test functions ranging from DC voltage and resistance tests to full condition testing using an automated string function test and the infra-red temperature measurement system integrated into the test probe.
The 500 Series analysers have also been specifically designed for measurements on stationary batteries including GEL, AGM (Absorbed Glass MAT) and float open cells.
Target industries include all those with mission-critical facilities, such as Finance, Hospitals, Airports, Broadcasting, Military and Data Centre applications; Telecom terminals (~48V DC source); Utility substations (110V DC power and ~48V DC source); Railways; Oil and Gas (supporting electromagnetic valves and cathodic protectors); Wind Turbines (DC pitch control system); Emergency lighting and ventilation.
